About Us
We started conducting seminars on how to make your own Excel based estimating software, and a lot of people wanted to use our program. As a result, we created Estimator PRO, and constantly updated and revised it. This program is integrated with QuickBooks and various take off tools.
We have gone through several major revisions of our software, including integrating with QuickBooks. It works with Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP, which helps the customer estimate faster, quicker, and more accurately.

Estimator PRO was created by Jay Christofferson, a builder and author of NAHB's best-selling Estimating with Microsoft Excel. Jay teaches construction management at Brigham Young University, and is a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience.
Estimator PRO was first released in 1999 and is used by thousands of homebuilders and residential remodelers in the United States, Canada, and many other countries. ConstructionSoft is recognized by the National Association of Home Builders.
